About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our specialist airfield civils team in the UK and abroad. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering civil engineering services across all RIBA work stages, including design, management, and review of drawings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Civil design at all RIBA stages for both traditional and design and build procurement
  • Management of your own time and that of technicians
  • Review of drawings produced by CAD technicians
  • Identification of project risk and opportunity
Requirements
  • Experience of delivering civil engineering services across all RIBA work stages
  • Experience undertaking technical and feasibility studies including site investigations
  • Experience delivering design of new civil infrastructure
  • Experience in review, assessment and design of any alterations to existing civil infrastructure
  • Working or interested in working towards chartership
  • Experience delivering civil design in accordance with Eurocode and UK Building Regulations
  • Experience and understanding of Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 including Principal Designer role
