Requirements

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage our recruitment processes. As a Recruitment Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating interviews and meetings with clients and candidates
  • Managing the ATS to track applications and progress
  • Screening CVs and cover letters to ensure they meet the client's requirements
  • Communicating with stakeholders to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in recruitment or HR coordination, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
