At Advinia Care Homes Limited, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our care team. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, working closely with our nursing team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medication and provide personal care to residents
  • Supervise and support care team members, identifying training needs and developing care plans
  • Work collaboratively with the nursing team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care policies and procedures

Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification
  • Experience working in a similar role
