About the Role

As a Care Assistant with Country Court, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to help our residents with their personal care and well-being, ensuring that they receive the highest level of care at all times.

Responsibilities

  1. Support residents with their personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  2. Aid residents with their emotional well-being and social needs, providing companionship and engaging in activities to stimulate their minds
  3. Assist with mealtime support, ensuring that residents receive their meals safely and enjoyably
  4. Maintain and develop residents' care plans, ensuring that their individual needs are met and their care is tailored to their specific requirements

About You

We are looking for a compassionate and caring individual who is passionate about providing exceptional care and support to our residents. You will have a strong desire to make a difference in the lives of others and be able to engage well with our residents and their families.

Requirements

  1. Experience in a care setting, preferably as a Care Assistant
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Ability to work night shifts, including weekends
  4. Understanding of people with dementia and the ability to provide care and support
