About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our Power & Utilities business, with a particular focus on the water sector. As a Water Regulation and Policy Manager, you will be working closely with sector and subject matter experts to develop your skills and become the 'go to' person for water sector advice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the team's water business, working on high-profile and varied projects, including regulatory framework development, statutory planning frameworks, and client advisory services.

• Build relationships with key clients across the sector, as well as with other advisors, such as legal and engineering firms.

• Develop a structured strategic approach to problem-solving, applying creative thinking to complex issues.

• Manage, coach, and mentor junior staff across multiple projects, contributing to building the team and identifying opportunities in the market.

• Provide thought leadership and contribute to the development of the team's expertise in the water sector.

About You

We are looking for an individual with experience in the utilities sector, ideally with water sector experience. You will have knowledge of the regulatory and planning frameworks for water companies and be comfortable presenting to clients. You will be a highly motivated and ambitious self-starter, willing to take advantage of the opportunities this position offers. Excellent report writing, Excel, and PowerPoint skills are essential, with strong writing and quantitative skills a must.
