Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and lead change management projects, including researching, implementing, and assessing projects from start to finish.
  • Manage internal communications and stakeholder engagement.
  • Develop and deliver coaching and training sessions for various audiences, including customer management and leadership.
  • Understand business objectives and project these within DSV.
  • Stay up-to-date with sales initiatives and prospects, participating in internal sales meetings.
  • Ensure project goals are met and executed by working with internal resources.
  • Mentor and support team members, assigning tasks as needed.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Address client issues and resolve them with the goal of exceeding client expectations.
  • Contribute to colleague engagement programs related to internal change management.
  • Identify suitable communication strategies and develop plans, delivering reports to executives.

Requirements

  • Experience in change management, including communications, engagement, and behavioral and cultural change.
  • Organizing and overseeing change programs and plans.
  • Constructing cases that initiate change, understanding and projecting specific benefits from these changes.
  • Advising on stakeholder engagement and change program accomplishments, as well as determining long-term changes to the business.
  • Establishing change within an organization, focusing on employee development and behavioral and cultural change through training.
  • Understanding the transport and logistics industry and other sectors within the business that impact on the organization's change programs.
