Rayment Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and physically fit individual to fill the role of Porter and Maintenance Assistant. This is a dual role that requires the ability to work some weekends on a rotated basis, assisting in the maintenance and upkeep of a facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of public areas, including daily checks and tasks as needed.
- Support housekeeping, bar, and banqueting staff with setup and furniture movement.
- Ensure guest safety by placing and removing signage indicating wet floors or paint.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks, including replacing light bulbs, painting, and decorating.
- Conduct daily checks on gas and kerosene levels, drains, bio unit, and bins.
- Clean and maintain hot tubs.
Requirements:
- Physical fitness to perform heavy lifting and moving of furniture.
- Ability to work a rotated weekend schedule.
- Reliability and professionalism in a team environment.
