About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Internal Communications Lead to join our team at Smart Pension Ltd. As a key member of our internal communications function, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our communication strategies and fostering a cohesive work environment.

Your Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Create compelling internal communications, including monthly updates for colleagues and managers. ">
  • Maintain our internal channels, such as the intranet, Slack, internal newsletters, and Town Hall events. ">
  • Develop and deliver global Town Halls that inspire and motivate our teams. ">
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to provide best-practice guidance on internal communications. ">
  • Craft and implement internal campaigns that align our colleagues with our key strategies and programs. ">
  • Deliver internal communications that ignite passion for our purpose and strategy, connecting company-wide initiatives across all offices. ">
  • Respond to crisis situations with effective internal communication. ">
  • Organise and execute annual events, including our Summer and Christmas parties, and the Smart Awards. ">

Requirements

You will need:

  • ">
  • A proven track record in Internal Comms or a related field. ">
  • Exceptional written English skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in G Suite. ">
  • The ability to build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders. ">
  • An understanding of global communication dynamics, including cultural sensitivity and time zone considerations. ">
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and enhancing employer value propositions. ">
  • A background in a technology business is advantageous. ">
  • Familiarity with the financial services or pensions industry is a plus. ">

Salary and Benefits

Our salary range is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. You'll also receive:

  • 25 days' holiday per year, increasing with length of service. ">
  • £500 annual training budget for professional development. ">
