About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated senior nurse to lead our outpatient services at Redcar Primary Care Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for expanding and delivering high-quality services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the expansion and delivery of outpatient services at Redcar Primary Care Hospital
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service provision and patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to achieve service improvements
  • Use clinical expertise to recommend and implement changes to service provision
  • Attend leadership development and quality improvement training programs
Requirements
  • Proven leadership skills and experience in healthcare management
  • Sound analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to extract information from data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work flexibly in a changing environment
  • NMC Registration and relevant degree-level qualifications
  • Postgraduate diploma or equivalent experience in healthcare management
