We are seeking highly motivated undergraduate students to join our Research and Development function in Southampton, UK, on a 12-month placement. This exciting opportunity is part of our Industry Placements program, which provides students with hands-on experience in a dynamic and innovative industrial setting.
As a member of our Sensory Insights Team, you will work on managing a specific project that contributes to our transformation journey. The team designs sensory testing approaches to answer business questions, analyzing and interpreting data to drive consumer experiences. You will be responsible for scoping, planning, and executing a project related to the development of a new sensory methodology to test products within the Wellness and Stimulation category.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a project plan to deliver a new sensory methodology
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project progress
- Ensure data quality through checks and assessments
- Provide high-quality presentations on project scope, progress, and outputs
- Write reports on method outputs, issue recommendations, and discuss next steps
