We are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join our busy Finance Department at CCL Logistics with Technology.
The RoleCredit control is a critical component of a well-managed business, ensuring that revenue and credit owed to the company is paid in a timely and accurate manner. You will assess and manage business credit risk by thoroughly vetting new customers.
Key Responsibilities- Work alongside the finance team to assist with queries and the collection of outstanding debts
- Ensure all outstanding accounts are chased appropriately
- Produce and complete weekly credit control reports
- Maintain precise business records in accordance with company protocols
- Accurately update all internal systems
- Create or support the creation of daily/weekly/monthly reports
- Perform other ad hoc duties as required
- Experience using Sage accounts package (or similar)
- Good working knowledge of Excel
- Excellent attention to detail
- Numerically sound
- Excellent communication skills – both written and oral
- Ability to build and maintain good working relationships
