About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Executive to join our team at Office Angels. As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our customer service function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving any issues, ensuring timely delivery of transactions, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
  • Quotations and Documentation: Provide quotations and essential paperwork in accordance with current legislation.
  • Customer Relationships: Maintain contact with customers, ensuring details are up to date and encouraging upselling, facilitating organic growth.
  • Collaboration: Work with Transport Managers and Customer Services Manager to deliver a high standard of customer service, dealing with job issues and ensuring transactions are delivered on time.
  • On-Site Visits: Visit customers on-site to provide solutions and assist them in understanding and complying with procedures.
Requirements
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: Possess excellent customer service skills, a good attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS packages and a willingness to learn new systems are essential.
  • Numeracy and Relationship Building: Be numerate and able to develop and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Attitude and Willingness to Develop: A good attitude and willingness to develop will also be highly valued.
