Special Needs Early Career Educator

About the Position:

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring Special Needs Early Career Educator to join our team at Vision for Education. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in working with students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To create engaging and interactive lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students with SEND.
  • To collaborate with colleagues and external agencies to ensure comprehensive support and resources for students.
  • To maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to ensure seamless transitions.
Requirements:
  • A recognised UK teaching qualification.
  • Previous experience working with children with SEND, or a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
