About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Trainee Dental Nurse.

As a Trainee Dental Nurse, you will work closely with our experienced dental team to provide high-quality patient care and support.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the dentist in a variety of NHS and private dental procedures
  • Provide chairside support and ensure the correct equipment and materials are available
  • Support a wide array of patients and provide excellent communication skills
  • Follow practice health and safety and infection control procedures
  • Keep the clinical areas and all equipment and instruments clean, tidy and disinfected
  • Accurately complete patient clinical records

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be:

  • Dedicated to starting a career in Dental Nursing
  • Able to commit to a 12-month+ training programme
  • Comfortable working in a clinical environment
  • Excellent at communicating effectively with your practice colleagues and a variety of patients
  • Excellent at organisation and time management
  • Compassionate and able to work as part of a team
