We're seeking a skilled Pattern Maker/ Carpenter to join our team at Brafe Engineering Limited, where innovation meets tradition. As a key member of our production process, you'll be responsible for transforming customer design concepts into reality.
Your expertise will guide the creation of full-size patterns and core boxes, shaping the essence of what makes Brafe a leader in alloy castings.
Main Responsibilities:
- Interpret customer product design drawings to create full-size patterns and core boxes
- Utilize hand and machine tools to craft patterns and boxes
- Set up patterns on boards with intricate feeder and runner systems using 2D and 3D CAD drawings
- Manage and organize pattern store tasks efficiently
About You:
We're looking for a dedicated and skilled individual with a keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain high-quality standards under pressure. Previous experience as a Pattern Maker or Carpenter is preferred, but your enthusiasm and willingness to learn will be your greatest asset. Training will be provided to refine your skills and ensure your success.
