About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Bars & Shops department at Butlin's. As a key member of our Resort Leadership Team, you will be responsible for the strategic planning and day-to-day operations of our bars and shops, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth, improve profitability, and enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Oversee the execution of operational plans, including budget management, inventory control, and staff scheduling.
