About You

">

We are looking for someone who holds a vocational qualification at Level 3 or above, as well as a relevant teaching qualification and assessors award. Ideally, you will have experience in both site and bench joinery, with the ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their potential.

The Role

">

As a Lecturer in Joinery, your key responsibilities will include developing creative resources to inspire outstanding learning, monitoring and tracking learner progress, and setting SMART targets to enable students to reach their potential. You will also work collaboratively with other departments, such as examinations and curriculum administration.

RNN Group offers a competitive salary of up to £36,413 per annum (depending on experience and qualifications), including Market Force Enhancement.
