Salary: £26,000 per annum, plus bonus

We offer a competitive salary package that includes annual bonuses. As a Driving Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for proactively searching, attracting, and short-listing candidates using various tools. You will also write, place, and update job adverts, monitor and process applications and responses efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Search, attract, and short-list candidates using online job boards and other necessary tools
  • Write, place, and update job adverts, monitor and process applications and responses efficiently
  • Initiate and manage candidate relationships, understanding their requirements and needs
  • Determine suitability and qualify candidates through an efficient screening process
  • Identify, chase, and progress new business opportunities and build relationships with clients
  • Work towards set targets, deadlines, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Maintain various databases, including adding new candidates and CV entry

  • Ability to lead by example and self-motivate
  • Passion and desire to succeed
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Driving Licence and own vehicle
