Aneurin Bevan University Health Board is a multi-award winning NHS organisation with a passion for caring. Our team in the Blood Sciences department is dedicated to delivering high-quality services, and we are seeking a skilled Lab Assistant - Blood Sciences to join our team.

The successful candidate will work in the Haematology/Blood transfusion Department, undertaking duties in various areas of the department, including registration of patient and test details, sorting and labelling of patient samples, and basic procedures relating to the testing process.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a flexible approach to work, and the ability to work independently as part of a team. Previous experience may be beneficial, but full training will be provided for the role.

A salary of approximately £25,000-£32,000 per annum is expected, depending on experience.
