Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mathematics Subject Manager to join our team at the International Baccalaureate. As a key member of our assessment team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of high-quality assessments for Mathematics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead authoring teams to produce assessments that meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
  • Implement effective standardization processes and monitor the marking of assessment material to ensure fairness and consistency.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to provide guidance and support on assessment-related matters.
  • Represent the assessment perspective in curriculum review and development.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree-level qualification and significant post-qualification experience in educational assessment, teaching, or research.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to analyze statistical information.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to foster a collaborative environment.
  • Competence in using standard office software, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and present effectively to various audiences.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Experience in a similar role or examining.
  • Ability to work in at least one of the language variants for assessment in Mathematics (French, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, German).
