Hotel Landscape Design Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Hotel Landscape Design Lead to join our team at Career Trails. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating and developing innovative landscape designs for our hotel projects in London.

About the Role

In this role, you will work closely with our team of architects, engineers, and designers to ensure that our projects meet the highest standards of quality and design. Your expertise in Revit software and strong design and technical skills will be essential in creating stunning and sustainable landscapes for our hotel projects.

You will be responsible for conducting site analysis and research to inform design decisions, preparing design proposals, presentations, and construction documents using Revit software, and managing project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

Liaising with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success is also an integral part of this role. You will need to keep up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in landscape design, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Proficiency in Revit and Autocad software is essential
  • Strong design and technical skills
  • Knowledge of sustainable design principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong project management skills
  • Knowledge of local planning and building regulations
