About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to fill the position of Senior Care Supervisor. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a small group of care assistants, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a small team of care assistants through regular supervision, training, and performance reviews.
  • Monitor and review residents' care plans to ensure they are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Perform care assistant duties as required and respond promptly in emergency situations.
