Job Overview
In the Transformation Unit, we are seeking a highly skilled Keyholder and Support Associate to join our team. This role will play a vital part in providing an essential housekeeping, maintenance, and transport service to patient homes, ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficiency.

Main Duties
The successful candidate will be responsible for operating mechanical and electrical housekeeping equipment, de-cluttering unwanted furniture and patient possessions, and maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities. They will also be required to report any incidents or accidents, as well as communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Requirements
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will possess a clean full UK driving license and have knowledge of manual handling procedures. A good command of English language is essential, including oral and written communication skills.
