Job Summary:

E3 Recruitment is seeking a skilled FLT Counterbalance Driver to join our client's team in a Production Factory. As a FLT Driver, you will be responsible for loading and unloading wagons, stocking production lines, and moving stock/materials to various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading and unloading wagons with components and finished goods
  • Stocking production lines and storing goods in the storage area
  • Moving stock/materials to various locations within the factory
  • Performing general yard duties
  • Adhering to all Health and Safety protocols on site
  • Working collaboratively as part of a team

Requirements:

  • Full and in-date Forklift license
  • Experience operating a Counterbalance FLT competently
  • Previous experience working in a manufacturing/engineering environment
  • Good communication skills

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £11.82 per hour
  • Shift allowance of £89.45 per week
  • Productivity bonus with a minimum of £63.85 and maximum of £97.42 weekly
  • Regular overtime opportunities
  • Hours of work: 4 on 4 off / 5 on 5 off / 5 on 5 off 11-hour shifts, starting at 6am and finishing at 5pm, days only
  • 39 hours per week
