We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the headquarters of a leading pharmaceutical company at our prestigious site.
About the RoleAs a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing hard and soft services, including cleaning, catering, and M&E works. You will lead a team of 3, comprising a Lead Engineer, Fabric Engineer, and Receptionist, and oversee both planned and reactive maintenance to ensure smooth day-to-day building operations.

- Oversee both planned and reactive maintenance to ensure smooth day-to-day building operations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards while maintaining high levels of service.
- Work closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver excellent customer service.
- Manage vendor relationships and supervise third-party contractors.
We are looking for a proven Facilities Manager with experience in managing hard and soft services, ideally with responsibility for both. You should have a good understanding of M&E systems and excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage a team and multiple services while maintaining high operational standards is essential.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £45,000, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, opportunities for further training, qualifications, and development, and a clear path for career progression into senior management roles.
