Geographic Expansion Lead

Take on the role of Geographic Expansion Lead at Paintseal Europe Limited and drive business growth in Greater Manchester, Lancashire, and Yorkshire. We are seeking a dynamic professional with experience in the motor industry or a related field to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and prospecting, with excellent communication skills and the ability to confidently interact with senior management and stakeholders.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Service, maintain, and grow our existing account base in Greater Manchester, Lancashire, and Yorkshire
- Actively engage in business development to expand market reach and build strong client relationships
- Be responsible for a high level of autonomy in managing your own portfolio of clients
- Work closely with senior management and decision-makers to provide tailored solutions
We offer a competitive basic salary of £36,000, with generous commission opportunities, making the estimated total annual salary around £50,000. Additional benefits include a pension plan, company vehicle, fuel card, hotel facilities for travel, and 30 days paid holiday.
