Job Description: As a Lead CNC Machinist, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's manufacturing success. Your responsibilities will include creating complex programmes, setting up machinery, and optimizing processes to meet high-quality standards.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in CNC Machining
- Proficiency in Autodesk Powermill and machine controls
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Benefits:
- $23 per hour salary
- Annual bonus of $2,000 (£500 paid quarterly)
- Holiday entitlement: 31 days including statutory holidays
- Pension scheme: 11% combined (6% employer / 5% employee)
- Regular overtime paid at 150%
- Private healthcare (Vitality) with option to add family members
Salary Estimate: Based on industry standards and location, we estimate this role to be approximately £40,000-£60,000 per year, depending on experience.
