Pin Point Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Landscaping Project Manager to lead a small team of two people on various landscaping projects in the southeast region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily activities, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and adhering to health and safety standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of soft landscaping practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily tasks and workflows to meet project deadlines
  • Lead and motivate a small team to deliver exceptional results
  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and environmental sustainability
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless project execution

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in soft landscaping, preferably with a leading contractor
  • Proven track record of successful project management
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety protocols and procedures
