Job Summary:

Guided Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Support Specialist to promote our Vascular portfolio by providing hands-on clinical support and education to doctors. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing an excellent knowledge of our product portfolio and providing technical product training to both clinical customers and our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our medical devices and their applications.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clinical and non-clinical customers, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive product training programs for customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring they are equipped to effectively utilize our medical devices.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies, providing valuable insights to our Sales Manager, DPSM, and Account Specialist.
  • Conduct market research and gather feedback from customers and stakeholders, informing our product development and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new product opportunities and develop business cases for new product launches.
  • Ensure seamless communication and coordination with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development teams.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports to our Sales Manager, highlighting key findings, trends, and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in clinical support or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical procedures and protocols is essential.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Highly motivated and self-driven individual with a strong work ethic.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and other relevant languages.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively on company business.
  • Ability to live and work in the London or surrounding area.
