Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Boddie-Noell Enterprises Inc. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales growth and maintain high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
    • Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as warranted to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  • Customer Service and Complaint Resolution
    • Resolve guest complaints in a timely and professional manner.
    • Assist in achieving sales growth through maintaining the highest standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
  • Operational Management
    • Maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management team and crew.
    • Conduct crew and management team meetings as needed to discuss operation procedures, promotions, safety, security, training, etc.
    • Maintain building and equipment using proper operating, cleaning, and preventive maintenance procedures.
  • Compliance and Safety
    • Recognize and adhere to all HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant environment for all.
    • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • 2 years of management experience in the restaurant industry.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to lead, recognize, and train successful talent.
    • Conflict-resolution skills.
    • Consistent and reliable.
    • Cheerful and positive attitude.
    • Excellent communication skills.
