Job Title: Care Assistant
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Home Instead. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation, light cleaning, and personal care.
- Support clients with medication management, where necessary.
- Provide companionship and engage in activities that promote mental and emotional well-being.
- Work collaboratively with our clients, their families, and our care team to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements:
- A full, clean UK Driver's License is preferred, with access to your own vehicle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
