**About the Role**


We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at The Hoxton, Southwark. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.


Key Responsibilities



  • Maintain and repair equipment, plumbing, furniture, and lighting to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Perform routine checks and maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure and reduce downtime.
  • Conduct periodic inspections to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Install and test new equipment and systems to ensure they are functioning correctly.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to optimize resource allocation and minimize delays.
