About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team at Toad Hall Nursery Group. As a key member of our nursery team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with the team to deliver exceptional care and education to our children.
  • Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the nursery by adhering to our policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement engaging activities that promote learning and development.
  • Build strong relationships with children and their parents, providing a nurturing and supportive environment.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the nursery by participating in team meetings and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent qualification.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework and ability to apply it in practice.
  • Enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
