Job Summary

This is a full-time, permanent role based in the North East Office. As a key member of a busy team, you will spend a significant portion of your day collating information related to completed repairs and maintenance projects from the previous day. Using an established pricing matrix, you will create accurate invoices and send them to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Integrate daily job completion reports and create daily valuation sheets.
  • Upload job sheets to the client's system for submission.
  • Pricing valuations and entering data onto the client's system.
  • Analyze daily job completion data and generate weekly reports showing commercial performance.
  • Investigate pricing queries raised by clients and respond promptly.
  • Monitor trends to identify areas for improvement in systems and processes.
  • Develop an understanding of the contract and how terms and rates are applied.

Requirements

Applicants must have a strong head for working with figures and ideally some financial experience. Strong Excel skills are essential.

Remuneration

The salary for this role is £26,000 to £27,000 per annum.
