About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Executive to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our global healthcare support business, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support customers with high-volume inbound calls from global travellers, addressing healthcare and security enquiries, and advising on available services.
  • Coordinate authorisation of policies and handle internal and external email queries.
  • Work closely with our team to ensure seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in customer service or contact centre environments with excellent attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Packages and excellent telephone manner with an empathetic approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
