We are currently recruiting for an Aviation Assembly Technician to join our team at Prime Appointments. This is a permanent role with a salary of up to £28,000 depending on previous experience.

About the Company

Our client is a world leader in aircraft manufacturing, and they are looking for an experienced technician to join their team. As an Aviation Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling, soldering and wiring PCB assemblies, as well as reading from drawings and related instructions.

Job Description
  • Assemble, solder and wire PCB assemblies
  • Read from drawings and related instructions
  • Ensure quality by following and inspecting work
  • Labelling and dispatch as required
  • Coat and apply adhesives, as specified in drawings
Requirements
  • Interpret technical drawings
  • Be able to work independently and as a team
  • PTH soldering and/or surface mount soldering experience desirable
  • Be able to work to deadlines
