Renault UK is seeking a skilled Technician to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for the diagnosis, repair, and service of Renault vehicles. Your expertise will ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough examinations of vehicles to identify defects and faults
* Undertake electronic vehicle health checks and road testing for diagnosis and repair
* Work closely with the service team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
* Provide exceptional customer service and support
* Maintain a high level of technical competence through regular training and support
Requirements:
* Relevant formal qualification (IMI/City & Guilds)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Passion for the automotive industry and commitment to ongoing learning and development
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Strong attention to detail and quality focus
