About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned Building Surveyor to join a leading consultancy firm. As a key member of our team, you will support professional development, particularly with becoming MRICS certified.

APC mentors will be provided to help you achieve your career goals. You can expect a balanced workload with both project and professional services, acting as a contract administrator on projects up to £15m.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Project Management and Contract Administration
  • Defect Diagnosis and Dilapidation Surveys
  • Pre-acquisition surveys
  • Maintenance of building condition reports

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A strong background in Consultancy or Private practice
  • Good understanding of Building defects, Dilapidation's, Condition reports, Contracts Administration, measured surveys
  • 3+ years consultancy knowledge
  • Enthusiastic character and confident communication skills

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000, car/travel allowance paid, 25 days annual leave, additional company benefits, and a competitive Pension contribution. MRICS memberships will be paid for, and APC Support will be provided.
