We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced School Health Team Lead to join our dynamic team at Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust. As a key member of our public health nursing team, you will be responsible for providing clinical and professional leadership to our school nursing services, ensuring the delivery of a comprehensive and high-quality needs-led service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical and professional leadership to the school nursing team, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality needs-led service.
  • Plan, organize, and evaluate an innovative public health service, delegating tasks to team members as necessary.
  • Collaborate with team colleagues to deliver the Quality Strategy objectives.
  • Develop leadership and management skills in others, supporting teams to be involved in planning, implementing, and evaluating services.

As a School Health Team Lead, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership and management skills, working closely with our experienced clinical lead and specialist health visitors.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse/Registered Midwife qualification.
