About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Engineer Fire Specialist to join our team at Johnson Controls International. As a key member of our Fire Alarm System Maintenance team, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining our clients' Fire Alarm Systems to the highest industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, establishing and maintaining effective relationships.
  • Service Fire Alarm Systems safely and responsibly, avoiding injuries, damage to property, and loss of materials.
  • Manage time efficiently, prioritizing jobs correctly and completing Engineer work reports or checklists as required.
Requirements
  • Experience in the Fire industry, with knowledge of repair and maintenance of large systems, including mainstream and top-end Fire, Gas, and Aspiration systems.
  • Working knowledge of industry standards and a logical approach to troubleshooting, with good computer skills.
  • Previous experience working in a customer-facing environment, with a full clean driving license.
  • Ability to lift and climb ladders, with comfort working at height.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Hold current relevant qualifications to the industry, such as 18th edition, NVQ, City and Guilds, BTEC, or FIA.
