Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Bartender at Estelle Manor, you will create exceptional experiences for our guests and members while overseeing the smooth operational running of the bar. Your tasks will include preparing and serving a wide range of beverages, opening and closing the bar, and creating classic and innovative drinks that exceed our members' expectations.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £14.50-£15 per hour, including tronc, which consists of a base rate of £11.93 per hour plus participation in our tronc scheme. Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess strong knowledge of cocktail making, excellent communication skills, and be comfortable interacting with colleagues, senior management, and front-of-house interactions with our members and guests. Additionally, you must be an enthusiastic team player with a positive mindset, charismatic, and passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
