About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This will involve working closely with our clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to coordinate project activities, mitigate risks, and resolve any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support: Assist sales teams in understanding project deliverables and feasibility.
  • Handover Validation: Validate and accept sales handovers.
  • Risk Management: Continuously assess risks and define mitigation measures.
  • Project Planning: Prepare project plans, communication strategies, and assign team responsibilities.
  • Coordination: Liaise with customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Site Readiness: Ensure all site prerequisites are met, maintaining a zero-harm culture.
  • Resource Management: Coordinate internal and external resources, including business partners.
  • Project Supervision: Supervise onsite activities and ensure successful customer handover.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all training, qualifications, and certifications.

Requirements:

  • Must have experience within the Diagnostic industry.
  • Strong ability to drive project success, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines.
  • Proficient in managing resources and coordinating across multiple teams.
  • Experience in risk management and quality assurance.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • This role requires a proactive, solution-oriented individual capable of independent decision-making to ensure that projects meet contractual obligations and business goals.
