The Royal College of Art is seeking a Budget Control Expert to join our Estate Development & Planning team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing budgets and financial plans for estates projects across our campuses.

Key Accountabilities
  • Financial Planning and Budgeting
  • Contract Management and Compliance
  • Cost Control and Monitoring
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Communication

$70,000 - $100,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

You will work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that estates projects are delivered within budget, on time, and exceeding stakeholder expectations. You will also identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies to protect the College's interests.
