Mechanical Supervisor

Murphy is seeking a Mechanical Supervisor / Pipe Fitter to lead our Energy team.

Location: Isle of Grain

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee onsite pipe fitting works and manage a team of technicians.
  • Interpret and execute technical instructions, including cutting lists and iso drawings.
  • Define clear expectations and ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to the required standard.

Requirements:

  • Suitably qualified in a relevant engineering discipline, with time-served experience.
  • Proven on-site experience and SMSTS certification.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to produce daily production reports.
  • Previous experience working on Energy projects within the gas or oil industry.
  • Flexibility to work away as required.

Package:

  • Competitive rates open to discussion.
  • 39-hour standard week, with overtime paid at time and a half.
  • Double time on Sundays.
  • 30 days holiday, plus other Murphy benefits.
