About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Retail Sales Assistant. You will work closely with colleagues to provide excellent customer service, achieve sales targets, and maintain store standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately, handling cash, credit card payments, and mobile payments.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, meet customer needs, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Participate in visual merchandising activities, including setting up displays, rotating stock, and maintaining store appearance.
