**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stockroom Operations Manager to oversee the functions of our stockroom, including receiving and processing shipments, merchandise organization, and sales floor replenishment. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for executing necessary operational functions in the event that a manager is not present.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage the receipt and processing of shipments, ensuring accurate and efficient inventory management
* Coordinate with sales floor teams to ensure timely and accurate replenishment of merchandise
* Maintain a clean and organized stockroom environment, adhering to company standards
* Collaborate with inventory control teams to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies
* Develop and implement process improvements to enhance stockroom efficiency and productivity
**Requirements**
* 6+ months of retail experience, preferably in a stockroom or inventory control role
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
