As a key member of the recruitment and onboarding team, this role will involve administering compliance for new starters and supporting the HR team with onboarding documents. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, previous administration experience, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Key responsibilities include processing DBS applications and renewals, updating employee records, and auditing documents and files. The successful candidate will have excellent IT skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time role, working 37 hours a week, Monday to Friday, with a competitive hourly rate of £11.44. Additional benefits include great bus links and free parking on site.
