About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect for Microsoft Dynamics CRM to join our team at Initialize IT. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Analysis: Conduct thorough business analysis to understand client needs and develop efficient solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Solution Design: Design and propose solutions to client business problems and processes, ensuring alignment with best practices.
  • Implementation and Delivery: Work on individual delivery items, manage task assignment, delivery, troubleshooting, and peer reviews as needed.
  • Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance and best practice advice to the team and project stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Plan and execute the implementation of CRM developments, providing regular progress updates to clients.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Assist with project communication and best practice throughout the system implementation.
  • Solution Management: Manage D365 solutions, ensuring they meet client needs and are delivered on time.
  • Performance Tuning: Have knowledge of performance tuning possibilities in Dynamics 365 implementations.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM capabilities, extensibilities, and Power Platform development (Power Apps Portals, Model-Driven/Canvas Applications), Microsoft Dataverse, Power Automate.
  • Configuration and Customization: Hands-on experience in configuration, customization, and extension of Dynamics CRM.
  • Database and Development: Experience with SQL Server 2008 or above, custom report experience through SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and FetchXML,.NET Framework Version 4.5 or above, including strong WCF/Web API experience, C# and OOP concepts.
Desirable Skills
  • Data Integration and Migration: Experience with data integration and migration projects.
  • Power BI Reporting: Knowledge of Power BI reporting.
Education and Certification
  • Senior Experience: Must have senior experience of Dynamics 365/CRM development experience.
  • Power Platform Development: Experience of Power Platform development (Power Apps Portals, Model-Driven/Canvas Applications).
