Head of EMEA Sales Leadership

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our EMEA team and drive business growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales plan that aligns with the company's growth objectives in Europe.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing a sales plan that aligns with the company's growth objectives in Europe
- Identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and negotiating deals to drive revenue growth
- Monitoring and analyzing sales performance, identifying trends, and developing strategies to optimize performance
- Implementing sales reporting tools and systems to track progress and provide valuable insights to senior management
- Ensuring the delivery of monthly sales targets
- Adapting and executing a marketing plan that supports the company's growth objectives in Europe
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement impactful campaigns that enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and increase sales
- Effectively managing budgets and allocating resources to maximize the impact of marketing activities
- Identifying and pursuing strategic partnership opportunities to expand the brand's reach and enhance customer engagement
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies that drive significant revenue growth.
They will also have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals.
Additionally, the candidate will have a deep understanding of the European market and consumer behaviors, as well as excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
