Job Title: Female Personal Care Assistant
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Personal Care Assistant to join our team to provide support to a young woman with complex health needs.
About the Role:
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, washing hair, dressing, and feeding.
- Support with continence care, wheelchair use, and hoist transfers.
- Accompany the individual to swimming sessions and push a wheelchair.
- Work collaboratively with the full-time carer and other household members.
Requirements:
- Experience in supporting individuals with complex health needs.
- Good spoken English and ability to communicate effectively.
- Flexibility and reliability in working hours, including weekends.
- Enhanced DBS check and ability to drive a fully insured van.
What We Offer:
- Competitive hourly rate of £12.00.
- Pension scheme and 5.6 weeks annual leave per year pro rata.
- Full certificated training on all aspects of the role.
Working Hours:
- Part-time posts available, with varying schedules including weekends and some evenings.
- Opportunity to work additional hours on occasions.
